A revolutionary and sustainable office building has been successfully completed in Den Bosch after just eight months of dedicated work. The project was brought to life through a collaboration between Campus Offices, a provider of full-service office environments, and HOLD Buildings, a conceptual builder of sustainable office buildings.
Located at Hambakenwetering 1C, this new office building covers over 4,000 square meters and is constructed entirely of wood. The wooden structure and the use of prefabricated elements enabled the quick completion of this five-storey project. Additionally, the innovative wooden design stores CO2, offering a much more sustainable alternative to traditional concrete construction. Noviton Prefab was entrusted with supplying and installing the complete façade.
As AVAVERA, we are proud to have contributed to this remarkable project with our curtain wall systems. Our innovative solution “AVA H” played a key role in shaping the building’s exterior, seamlessly blending functionality with sustainability.
